A New Era for The MAD Network
This isn’t just a website launch—it’s the start of something big. Our new digital home is the jumping-off point for a whole host of exciting adventures we’ve got in store for you. Whether you’re a tabletop veteran or just dipping your toes into the TTRPG world, there’s something here for everyone to make your table prep quick and easy!
When I started out as The MAD Cartographer more than four years ago, it was just me, a Patreon, and a passion for maps. Now, we’ve grown into an incredible team, and this website reflects that journey. What began as a solo venture has transformed into a thriving network of creators, with cool projects and even cooler people working together to bring you the best in TTRPG content.
Meet the MAD Network Family
The MAD Network is now more than just me—it’s a collective of creative minds from literally across the world. The MAD Cartographer? No longer just me, but a full team of talented, map-making masterminds. The Planet Hoppers? Run by two insanely skilled artists who have taken the reins and are crafting out-of-this-world sci-fi assets (truth be told, they do a much better job now that I’ve stepped back!). And then there’s MÅD Borg, our newest addition to the family—gritty rules-light BORG TTRPG content that’s the result of an ongoing collaboration between The MAD Network and Odd Gob Games.
But none of this would be possible without my stalwart second-in-command, Harrison (though I’m sure he’ll say he’s mostly in charge these days). While I’m off chasing new shiny ideas, he’s the steady hand on the wheel, keeping this ship and crew on course and it all running smoothly—despite my constant temptation to veer off toward the next big thing!
